In celebration of International Yoga Day, the entire S R Public School (CBSE) community gathered early in the morning for a peaceful and healthy start to the day. The school grounds were quickly filled with students and teachers, all laying out their colorful yoga mats and getting ready to stretch together under the morning sun.
Led by a trained instructor, everyone practiced a series of basic yoga poses, stretching routines, and deep breathing exercises. The instructor explained the physical and mental benefits of each movement, encouraging the students to make yoga a regular part of their lives. It was a calming experience that left everyone feeling refreshed and focused for the busy school day ahead.
